The 70% Arabica is sourced from Araku Valley at approximately 2,000m altitude and plantation washed, bringing clean and refined notes of cocoa, hazelnut and fruity sweetness to the cup.
The 30% Robusta comes from Yercaud at 1,200m+ altitude and is naturally sun-dried, contributing deeper notes of dark chocolate, almond and hazelnut, along with increased body and a stronger coffee character.
Compared with the 80% Arabica + 20% Robusta blend, the higher proportion of Robusta gives this blend a bolder, more intense and fuller-bodied taste, with a higher caffeine contribution. It is particularly well suited to espresso, South Indian filter coffee, French press and milk-based beverages where you want the coffee flavour to stand out.
