Refund and Returns Policy

At Millatte, we take pride in delivering premium-quality matcha products that are carefully sourced, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair returns policy to ensure hygiene, freshness, and safety for all customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Since matcha is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened packages
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Change of mind after delivery

This policy is in place to maintain product safety and hygiene standards.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Package received is tampered or leaking

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return the product within 2 days. We will deliver the replacement within 7 days/time.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Improper storage of the product after delivery
  • Taste preference or personal expectations

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
